Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what Orderly Sports, Inc., a Delaware corporation(“Orderly,” “we”) collects when you use ryvlfantasy.com and related services (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
- Account information. When you sign up, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your email address, name, and, if you use social sign-in, basic profile information from that provider. We receive and store an account identifier and your email.
- Content you create. Rankings, draft boards, notes, tags, watch lists, mock drafts, and preferences you save in the Service.
- Payment information. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your purchases, your subscription plan and renewal status, and a Stripe customer identifier. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Usage and device data. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and actions taken, collected through server logs and, if enabled, analytics tools, used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Communications. If you contact support, we keep the correspondence.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
2. How we use it
To provide and operate the Service (accounts, saved content, Premium access); to process purchases and recurring subscription billing and to prevent fraud; to secure, debug, and improve the Service; to communicate with you about your account and transactions; and, only if you opt in where such features exist, to send product updates or alerts. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
3. Who we share it with (service providers)
We share data only with providers who process it to run the Service under their own contractual obligations:
- Clerk — authentication and account management
- Stripe — payment processing
- Vercel — application hosting
- Neon — database hosting
- Upstash — caching infrastructure
- Analytics providers, if and when enabled, for aggregate usage measurement
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction (in which case this Policy continues to apply to previously collected data).
4. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Service to function (such as keeping you signed in) and, if analytics are enabled, to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling essential cookies may break sign-in.
5. Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account from Settings. Deletion immediately ends access; your personal data and content are then permanently purged from our systems within 7 days (the recovery window in case of accidental deletion). Some records we are legally required to keep (such as purchase records processed through Stripe) are retained as required by law. Backups roll off on their own schedule.
6. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise deletion directly in Settings; for access or export requests, contact support@ryvlfantasy.comand we will respond within the legally required timeframe. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections (TLS), hosted infrastructure with access controls, and payment handling delegated entirely to Stripe. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you as required by law.
8. International users
The Service is operated from the United States and data is processed in the United States. If you use the Service from elsewhere, you consent to processing in the U.S.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notified in-app or by email.
