Terms of Service

Effective date: July 4, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ryvlfantasy.com and related applications and services (the “Service”), operated by Orderly Sports, Inc., a Delaware corporation(“Orderly,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Orderly provides fantasy sports tools — including player rankings, draft strategies, player analytics, mock drafts, in-season tools, and related content — for football and, as the platform expands, additional sports (such as basketball, hockey, and baseball). The Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Orderly is not a gambling or wagering service and does not host real-money contests.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service; if you are under 18, you may use it only with a parent or guardian’s consent. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Account creation and authentication are provided through our identity provider (Clerk). You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

3. Free and Premium Plans; Automatic Renewal

Portions of the Service are free. Premium is a paid subscription, offered monthly (currently $6.99/month) or annually (currently $39.99/year), in USD, with prices stated at checkout.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL — PLEASE READ. Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) and your payment method on file will be charged at the then-current price for your plan until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, online, from Settings → Billing (via our Stripe customer portal) — no phone call or email required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep Premium access until then, and you will not be charged again.

Free trial. When you subscribe for the first time, you may be offered a free trial of 3 days(the “Trial”). During the Trial you have full Premium access at no charge. If you cancel online in Settings → Billing before the end of the Trial, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your paid subscription begins automatically at the end of the Trial at the price of the plan you selected (monthly or annual), and continues to renew automatically as described above. One free trial per customer; if you have previously subscribed to Premium (in any form), a new subscription does not include another Trial. We may modify the Trial offer at any time, but any modification takes effect for future subscribers only and does not change a Trial already in progress.

Promotional pricing. Discounts (for example, a promotional amount off the monthly price) apply for the period stated in the offer. Unless the offer says otherwise, your subscription renews at the standard price after the promotional period ends.

Price changes. We may change subscription prices. For existing subscribers, we will give at least 30 days’ notice (in-app or by email) before a price change takes effect, and it will apply no earlier than your next renewal. If you do not agree, cancel before the renewal; continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Legacy season passes. If you purchased Premium under our earlier one-time season-pass model, your purchase remains valid through its stated end date (for the 2026 season, February 15, 2027), does not auto-renew, and is governed by these Terms otherwise.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Promotional codes may carry their own limits and may be modified or revoked if abused.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancel anytime as described above; access continues through the end of the paid period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
  • Annual plans: you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial post-trial charge (the first charge for a new annual subscription, made at the end of the Trial) or of a subsequent renewal charge, by contacting support@ryvlfantasy.com, provided Premium has not been substantially used in that period. The 7-day window runs from the actual charge date, not from your initial signup or the start of the Trial.
  • Monthly plans: charges are non-refundable once billed, except where a refund is required by law.
  • Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory rights (including cooling-off rights in certain jurisdictions).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Your Content

You may create rankings, notes, tags, draft boards, and similar content (“Your Content”). You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant Orderly a limited license to host, store, display, and process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for Your Content; do not store unlawful content or content that infringes others’ rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) misuse, disrupt, probe, or overload the Service; (b) access it by automated means (scraping, bots) without written permission; (c) resell, redistribute, or republish Service data or content at scale; (d) circumvent access controls or plan limits; (e) impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation; (f) reverse engineer the Service except where the law permits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Third-Party Data & Services

The Service incorporates data and functionality from third parties (including public NFL data sources, authentication by Clerk, payments by Stripe, and hosting infrastructure). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. Statistics, projections, and rankings may contain errors or omissions and may change without notice.

8. No Guarantees; Assumption of Risk

Projections, ratings, grades, and strategy content are opinions and estimates derived from data— not promises of outcomes. Fantasy results depend on events outside anyone’s control. You are solely responsible for decisions you make using the Service, including any decisions in leagues that involve entry fees hosted elsewhere.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its design, features, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Orderly or its licensors and protected by law. “Orderly” and “Orderly Sports” and associated marks may not be used without permission. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact support@ryvlfantasy.com with sufficient detail to evaluate the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings (see the Privacy Policy for what deletion does). We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or legal necessity. Sections that by their nature survive termination (including 5, 8, 9, 11–13) survive.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORDERLY’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $20. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; these apply to the fullest extent permitted.

13. Disputes; Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado (our principal place of operations; incorporation in Delaware does not change this), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@ryvlfantasy.com and attempt informal resolution for 30 days. Disputes not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. For material changes to the Terms we will post the updated version with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
